Age Requirements 
Camps are open to ages 4-10.
 
Attendance  
FAME Center does not prorate or refund for absences.  If a camper must miss a day, will arrive late, or needs to be picked up early, please e-mail the site director at camp@famecenter.org to make arrangements.
 
Inclement Weather 
In the event it becomes necessary to close the camp due to inclement weather or other circumstances, we cannot guarantee the makeup of lost camp time. No refunds or credits will be issued in the event of a weather or other uncontrollable event or closure. Schedule changes due to inclement weather will be posted on FAME Center's website and communicated through email.
 
Insufficient Camp Enrollment & Cancellation
FAME Center reserves the right to close registration for camps that are filled and to cancel or alter camps that are undersubscribed.
 
FAME Center Camp Refund & Withdrawal Policy
No refunds will be given for withdrawal for Spring Break Camp or Day Off School Camps.

Withdrawals from Summer Camp must be requested by submitting a request via email to camp@famecenter.org by May 17, 2024. If the camper withdraws prior to May 17, 2024, any tuition paid will be refunded, aside from a $50 administrative fee.
If a camper withdraws after May 17, 2024, the family is responsible for the full tuition. No refunds will be granted.
FAME Center Camp tuition cannot be prorated or refunded for camp absences.
 
Photo Release: 
Photographs of students engaged in instruction, rehearsal, or performance activities at FAME Center may be used in publications, local newspapers, magazines, electronic media, and related publicity materials. Completion of registration constitutes consent and permission by the student and student's parent(s)/guardian(s) to use the student's first name and/or image for any advertising, publicity, marketing and packaging.  By registering for this class, I grant FAME Center permission to photograph or video my/my child's participation in FAME Center's education programs. I also grant FAME Center permission to use my/child's likeness in a promotional capacity including but not limited to print materials, website, print, online or out of home media and other medium now or later developed; as well as permission to share photography and video including my/my child's likeness for use by media publications and institutions that fund FAME Center's operations and programs.
