Bevon Joseph is a Chicago-based social impact leader and entrepreneur who has spent the last decade bridging the gap between underrepresented youth and high-growth industries. Drawing on his own journey from the trading floors of the NYSE and JPMorgan to social entrepreneurship, Bevon focuses on a singular mission: ensuring that a young person’s zip code does not determine their career trajectory.

 

His work is rooted in the belief that "you cannot be what you cannot see." By providing students with direct access to financial intelligence, technology, and executive mentorship, Bevon helps them dismantle the barriers that often make corporate success feel out of reach.
